Our client is starting a transformation programme to improve and standardise processes, deploy automation tools (where appropriate) and migrate on prem technology to cloud based technology solutions both internally and for their customers. They are at the very early stages of the programme and are in need of a number of experienced Business Analysts to help shape the projects within the programme. Core skill set required - Process Mapping, Requirements Gathering, Proof of Concept delivery, Customer Engagement & Documentation. They want solutions focussed and hands on Business Analysts who can work in a pro active way, taking problems/challenges and then work closely with business and technology stakeholders to define and deliver solutions. You will need to have experience working within Fund Administration/Fund Accounting Outsource providers where much of the work is complete Near and Offshore in cost effective regions.
