Security Analyst Contract Job | Remote working | 6 Months rolling | ASAP Start

Creo Recruitment are looking for a security analyst to join on a 6 month rolling project with a global consulting company, looking to start ASAP but we can wait for notice periods of up to 2 weeks.

In this role you will be handling Security Monitoring and Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, Security Policies and Compliance, Security Infrastructure Management and finally Security Awareness and Training.

An overview of the kind of skills we need are as follows:

• Proven experience working in a security analyst role, preferably in a corporate or enterprise environment.

• in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, techniques, and best practices.

• Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, antivirus, and vulnerability scanners, any experience with cloud security would be a plus but not essential

• Familiarity with security standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls).

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GIAC are a plus but not essential.
