Our client, a highly certified, independent VMware specialist and professional services consultancy, is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team.

Are you an experienced Scrum Master with a background in project management and a proven track record of leading VMware vSphere & NSX engagements? If so, we have an exciting 12-month opportunity for you to join a dynamic team and make a real impact.

As a Scrum Master for vSphere & NSX upgrades, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of Agile projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are met on time and within budget. You will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery processes.

This role offers a great work-life balance, with 2.5 days per week and the flexibility of primarily remote working. You will also have the chance to travel to Sweden or Finland once per quarter, providing you with the opportunity to experience different cultures and expand your professional network.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and be able to effectively lead and motivate teams to achieve their goals. Your background in project management and experience in leading VMware vSphere & NSX engagements will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
