Middleware/Interface/integration experience to support functionally building interfaces with other systems

A person is required that has at least one S/4HANA water implementation project experience to deliver integration between a third-party CRM system and SAP. The candidate will need to have experience of interfaces and design standards, strong interpersonal skills, worked in the Customer Engagement sphere of utilities ie Developer Services and be able to understand the end-to-end business process from:

Initial application-> Design-> quotation-> pricing-> connection-> settlement and billing.

This experience is essential, so the interface design and integration is validated up front before onward processing. Experience of EAM is also necessary.

* MUST HAVE: Lead business workshops in a standalone manner from a functional perspective.
* MUST HAVE: Water industry and New Connections knowledge/experience - client-side and System Integrator
* MUST HAVE: Integration experience to CRM systems and native integration between SD/CS/FI
* MUST HAVE: At least one water implementation/project
* Extensive OTC functional experience defining solutions and driving integrations between SAP and external systems
* Working with non-SAP systems and various teams onshore and offshore
* Discussing with the business and understating the requirements, analyzing and providing the appropriate functional solution to the business process. Will be working with SAP, OTC and TM and must have expert level knowledge in S4 Hana - understating of OTC and TM process. Ability to navigate and debug User Exits / BADI related to Sales, Pricing, delivery and Invoice processes

You will craft functional specifications in support of new functionality and improvements
