Currently engaged with a Pharmaceuticals company who are searching for a SAP Project Manager on a contract basis for an immediate start. The SAP Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing, leading and delivering IT projects in an international environment that help the business achieve its goals. The role owner interacts with internal and external stakeholders and is accountable to complete IT projects in scope, budget and time.

Role: SAP Project Manager

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12 months

Location: 100% remote working

Rates: 800 - 1000 outside IR35

Key responsibilities:

• Support analysis and formalisation of business requirements, define project objectives and scope
• Establish project plans
• Set and track milestones and deliverables
• Adherence to IT security policies and standards set by the Global IT PMO
• Lead steering committee meetings
• Establish and implement project communication plans, provide status updates to stakeholders
• Assess business impacts of IT projects, organise change management and manage internal and external stakeholders
• Use project management tools to track project performance and progress

The successful candidate:

• Extensive experience from various Project Management roles
• Experience with implementations related to SAP SD/MM/FICO, Supplier invoice tracking applications, Credit and collection applications
• Certification in Project Management, preferably PMP from PMI
• Thorough understanding of Project Management processes, principals, strategies, and methods
• Experience in working in a complex international environment
• Previous experience, preferably within Pharma industry
• English fluency is a MUST; German is nice to have
