iO Associates have recently partnered with a leading transformation consultancy who are on the lookout for a Revit Modeler to join them for 2-months due to illness, there are future projects within the the company so there is potential for extensions. The client is based in Leeds and require one site trip to collect equipment and meet with the end client but the rest can be done remote.

The successful engineer will have experience working with Revit 23 and BIM 360 and this project is towards the end stages of the development. Surveys have been completed and initial modelling has been done. They are looking for an expert to bring it all together.

Skills required:

• Revit (23)
• BIM (360)
• Modelling
• Knowledge of HV cables, telecoms, AC units

This role is an urgent requirement, the company are looking to have someone started by the end of next week with interviews being conducted via Microsoft Teams.
