Overview:

We are urgently seeking a skilled Revit Elec/Mech Designer to join our team at KFT. This is a remote working opportunity with occasional site visits.

The ideal candidate will possess a Revit license and have experience in both electrical and mechanical layouts, with a focus on translating 3D Revit designs into detailed 2D drawings for installation purposes. Industrial experience and the ability to interpret cable diagrams from Eplan drawings are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Utilise extensive experience as an AutoCAD Revit user to create and modify designs.

Develop detailed 2D drawings for installation based on 3D Revit layouts.

Apply industrial knowledge to enhance design efficiency and effectiveness.

Interpret Eplan drawings to understand cable diagrams.

Collaborate with the team on design reviews and project coordination.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an AutoCAD Revit user.

Proficiency in creating electrical and mechanical layouts in 3D Revit.

Strong industrial background, particularly in translating designs to practical installations.

Ability to read and interpret Eplan drawings for cable diagrams.

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Contract Details:

• Remote working with occasional site visits to Manchester area.
• Contract duration to be discussed.
• Competitive hourly rate: 25 - 30 per hour.
