Company Introduction:
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our leading financial consultancy clients! They are currently looking for an experienced QA Test Manager to join their team for a four-month contract.

You will be the leader within the QA team responsible for delivering high-quality outcomes from QA & testing on solutions. Able to lead and manage a team to ensure the success of solutions. Responsible for functional and non-functional test automation development and maintenance, in line with our QA Automation Strategy. This role is required to work within project & product teams to lead & deliver several incentives closely aligned with HR products.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

1. Experienced in developing and delivering SAP test strategies
2. Manage and deliver against the QA functional / non-functional Automation requirements
3. Select appropriate QA automation tools to support our environment
4. Ensure traceability, version control and configuration management of all test objects developed using tools such as SonarQube, Git
5. Assess the feasibility and ROI for automated testing and communicate benefits and wins in business language
6. Report progress and provide metrics or reports required to support the QA Manager & Leads
7. Accurately and comprehensively record defects discovered during the execution of QA cases
8. Communicate and work with Service Owners to ensure automated scripts are continuing to meet needs and reporting is in line with requirements
9. Monitoring of QA activities across all projects to ensure successful improvements
10. Team leading/test management - including allocation of work, monitoring of progress and reporting

Required Skills/Experience:

1. Expertise knowledge in SAP ERP 6
2. Experience in testing SucessFactors.
3. Knowledge/awareness in HR UK payroll and technologies related to this area.
4. Worked on SAP Analysis for Office, SAP WEBI and Tableau.
5. Experience in working with teams in DevSecOps
6. Proficient in conducting UAT and working with end users
7. Ideally have experience in test automation
8. Understanding and experience in DevOps pipeline i.e. change, release & deployment processes
9. Strong knowledge & use of SDLC methodologies e.g. Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, BDD and SAFe
10. A professional and confident style, with drive & enthusiasm and with a strong ability to multitask.
11. Ability to build good relationships & conduct effective technical discussions with senior leaders and peers.
12. Excellent communication and presenting skills with keen attention to detail.

Desirable Skills/Experience

1. Certified with ITIL Foundation level
2. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
3. SAP certifications
4. ISTQB technical test analyst qualified / ISTQB Advance Test Manager would be advantageous
