As a Project Manager your main responsibilities will be: 

• 2-month engagement to support a project on creating a new approach and digital system for performance management in ACAS

You ll have relevant experience in:

• Ideally looking for someone who is immediately available.
• Hit the ground running.
• Experience of managing and implementing HR projects.
• Experience in Performance Management culture and systems (desirable).
• Stakeholder engagement.
• Influencing skills.
• Data analysis.
• Understanding communications/Engagement management.
• Presenting data and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Project management.
• Building plan for implementation.
• Self-drive and determination to get things done.
