Position Overview:

As Project Manager, you will drive timeline planning and collaboration on projects across multiple teams internally and externally in order to drive executional excellence. Reporting directly to the Project Management Lead on the Operations team, the Project Manager will predominantly focus on gathering requirements and following through on the timely execution of tasks for SYKY s upcoming launches and go to market initiatives.

• Manage complex, cross-functional & cross-partnership projects with several internal teams; mainly across Creative, Product and Marketing.
• Manage the organization and delivery of creative files and approvals between multiple stakeholders.
• Manage meeting agendas and crafting recaps to ensure key milestones and deadlines are adhered to across teams.
• Coordinate any event-specific needs; eg vendor communication, pre/post support for events.
• Be accountable and drive project processes, communicate roadblocks, manage stakeholders across multiple teams and time zones.
• Evolve innovative creative concepts into clear sets of deliverables to be deployed, while understanding digital platforms and online functionality.

Desired Skills:

• Extensive project management experience; ideally within a startup environment.
• Web3, product or tech experience is a significant plus.
• Knowledge of creative workflows, tools and file types is a significant plus.
• A team player, positive attitude and the ability to work well with team members and partners.
• Proficiency in tools such as Notion, Slack, Google Suite.
• Has a flexible attitude and can work in ambiguous situations.
• A deep understanding of project management, workflow and infrastructure.
• Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills is a must.
