T2M Resourcing are recruiting a part-time Project Administrator. This role will support key projects for a major European company.


Reporting to the Director of Finance Shared Services you will be responsible for taking minutes during meetings, following up key action points and work with the senior leadership team. This role will be an average of two days per week, with the requirement to be flexible around meetings.


Duties will include:

  • Provide support for key internal projects
  • Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action points
  • Assist in the coordination and scheduling of project activities
  • Prepare and distribute project-related documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintain project files and documentation in an organized manner
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping


To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or project support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Experience minute keeping and working alongside senior leadership team


The company will provide fully remote working and a competitive hourly rate of up to 17 dependent on experience.
