Program Manager Role
Program Manager required for our client; A Global Publishing company.
This role will be primarily remote and Inside IR35.
Job summary:
Evolving to a structure of one process and one team for the way we deliver finance services to the business. A key enabler to this is the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM (cloud finance system)
The Program Manager will oversee the delivery of the E2E Fusion solution for ERP and EPM ensuring all workstreams within the program deliver against plan, dependencies and risks are effectively managed.
Required skills and experience:
• Ability to work remotely and manage across multiple geographies and time zones
• Direct experience of managing Global Finance Cloud ERP and EPM programs (Fusion experience beneficial but not essential)
• Knowledge of finance processes
• Creative problem-solving skills related to the context of complex global change Programs
• Strong organization/project planning, time management, and change management skills across multiple functional groups and departments
• Strong delegation skills involving prioritizing and reprioritizing projects and managing projects of various size and complexity.
• Aptitude to quickly identify risks to the program and develop mitigation plans
• An ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
