Sellick Partnership are currently working with a well-established local authority in the North East that who are looking for a Planning Lawyer to join them on a locum basis. This role offers the flexibility of working fully remotely, offering a 3 month contract initially pending permanent recruitment.
Responsibilites of the Planning Lawyer include;
- Planning agreements
- S.106 agreements
- Providing general advice
- Development and highway matters

Experience required for the Planning Lawyer role:
