Skills/experience

  • 3 + years experience as a Pega Business Analyst
  • Proven experience as a business analyst.
  • Must have experience working on large scale projects.
  • Knowledge of Pega is desirable.
  • Proven knowledge of Business Process Modeling, Microsoft Visio is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of JIRA, writing user stories, use-cases
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience of working in Agile projects.

Senior Business Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with business stakeholder and end-users to understand and document business challenges, pain points and requirements.
  • To maintain requirement backlog and keep it prioritised by working closely with business stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements in tools like JIRA in use-case or user story format.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities. Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
  • Identifying innovative ways to address business challenges and identify solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Acting as a liaison between business and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
