THE COMPANY
This company is working closely with biopharma companies to dedicate their data-driven work to reversing the course of rare diseases. Their innovative approaches are led by a team of entrepreneurs with teams composed of cross-functional digital marketing subject matter experts focused on industry-leading delivery.
THE ROLE
- Manage clients' and social media presence across multiple platforms including but not limited to Twitter, Reddit, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc
- Content strategy development & execution and real-time community management
- Develop an understanding of client business objectives & strategies to align social media efforts accordingly
- Monitor competitor activity across social media channels to identify new opportunities for growth as well as areas where we can improve our efforts
- Develop and place social media advertising to support patient acquisition, patient retention and other growth strategies
- Ensure social media downstream tracking through UTM codes and other methods and develop social media reporting dashboards to demonstrate engagement and other KPIs
- Analyze social media data to identify opportunities for optimization
- Develop social media strategy for internal and external clients, including audience development plan through pixels or third-party audience builders, creating patient and caregiver communities in rare diseases, response, and monitoring grids
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A successful Paid & Organic Search Consultant within this role will likely have the following skills and experience:
- 5+ years' experience working in an agency or consulting role focused on paid search & organic search optimization required
- Proficiency using Sprout Social (or similar listening/reporting tools)
- Familiarity working with common website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
- Familiarity working with SuperMetrics, third-party cookie-less audience-building partners like Dstillery, LiveRamp, DeepSync, Lasso, and PulsePoint is a plus
- Detail-oriented QA'ing campaigns regularly
- Analytical mindset, curiosity, and a passion for finding meaning behind data
NICE TO HAVE
- Healthcare and/or pharmaceutical marketing experience
- Pharmaceutical marketing content approval process (Promotional/Scientific Review Committee, Veeva Vault PromoMats, etc.)
