M365 Cloud Engineer - Insurance - Remote

A global client of Investigo focusing on Insurance and Acquisition are currently looking for an M365 Cloud Engineer to join the business on a contract basis. The responsibilities of this M365 Cloud engineer will be to support and enhance the collaborations of M365 Cloud Technologies.

Key Skills:

• Support M365 products and Azure AD including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Multi-factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-on (SSO), and related technologies.
• Administer and troubleshoot Outlook/Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Create new and follow existing check lists to ensure a consistent result for routine and common tasks within our proactive IT management services.
• Assist with small scale M&A migrations.

Experience:

• Technical working experience with Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Multi-factor Authentication, and Azure Active Directory.
• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365; primarily Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Assist in the deployment and support of M365 solutions in the enterprise.
• 2 + years' experience supporting and troubleshooting M365 Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
