PageGroup are supporting a leading UK hospitality business with an exciting role for an Learning and Development Manager to join a busy team for circa 3-6 month interim assignment.

Job Description

The role of Learning and Development Manager will report to the Head of People and Culture, this is an exciting role to take responsibility for the full Learning and Development life cycle, this will include but not limited to:

  • Designing creative and innovative new learning material for a new division of this leading hospitality organisation
  • Delivery of engaging training from inductions through to management training
  • Support the Head of People with the divisional learning strategy
  • Working closely with the People and Culture team on embedding the technical and leadership development programmes at Senior Management and Management Team level in division.
  • Responsible for partnering with Operations Manager supporting technical competency of Senior Management and Management teams
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure key training tools are being utilised effectively
  • Accountable for Talent development programmes
