GlobalLogic have a new contract role, working INSIDE IR35 for a Junior Business Analyst. This role will run from February 2024 to August and will be a remote based contract, although there may be an odd need to travel to London. We are looking for someone who has previous Commercial online or Digital banking experience and candidates must have agile experience, ideally SAFe certified

Key Skills and Experience:

• Working as a Business Analyst across all stages of the delivery life cycle, and demonstrating an excellent knowledge of BA tools and industry standards eg Jira, Confluence, Behaviour Driven Development, etc.
• Ability to operate effectively in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and actively shape the ways of working
• Present problems to Agile delivery teams and shape work items through workshop facilitation, and effective collaboration
• Apply As Is' and To Be' analysis techniques to identify business problems and opportunities
• Produce and manage Features, Epics and Stories with Acceptance Criteria in Jira, as well as other artefacts including data mapping documentation, etc.
• Previous Commercial Online Banking OR Digital Banking experience
• Ideally SAFe certified
