Java Developer - SC Cleared - 12 Months - 550 per day

Location: Remote (with occasional office work in either Manchester or London, whichever is closest to your location.)

IR35: Inside

Duration: 12 month

Rate: 550 per day

The role:

A leading Central Government institution are seeking a Java Developer, with experience of developing applications using AWS services.

This is an initial 12 month contract, Inside IR35 and paying 550 per day Inside IR35.

Experience requirements:

* Good experience of Java 11 and Spring Boot
* Experience of working with at least two of the following: JPA/Hibernate, REST API's, observability and monitoring, queue technologies and Spring security.
* Experience of developing applications using AWS services such as databases.
* Experience of agile development and working against stories in sprints.

Other desirable skills include:

* Experience of defining/maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
* Experience of frontend development in React
* Experience of working in multidisciplined agile teams.
