Working directly with the Head of Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Support year-end close activities.
• Take ownership of balance sheet reconciliations, including Sundry Debtors, Sundry Creditors, Intercompany balances, and Trade Debtor/Creditor balances.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Drive reporting improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively with other Teams to identify issues and suggest improvements.
• Work on Ad Hoc projects.
• Business partner with senior stakeholders and company departments.

To be suitable for this role you must have the following:

• Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) from an Audit background.
• Technically strong and been responsible for reconciliation previously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and be able to face off to senior stakeholders.
• Strong work ethic and comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment.
