• Salary: 40,000 per annum equivalent
• Hours: 16 hours per week (flexible)

Key Responsibilities of a HR and Engagement Manager:

• Delivering HR services to a fully homeworking Contact Centre
• Completing any HR related tasks including payroll and employee relations
• Answering any HR or engagement queries
• Maintaining HR systems

Key Skills of a HR and Engagement Manager:

• Experience of delivering HR services to a home working operation
• Experience as a HR and/or Engagement manager
