Network IT is on the lookout for a Green Book Business Case Writer, to join our NHS client on a contract basis.
As part of the role, you will be responsible for drafting and securing approval of complex, multi-million-pound business cases. This will involve breaking down complex problems, developing cost models, and performing sensitivity analyses to simulate project outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the NHS or Local authorities producing high-quality, multi-million-pound business cases, and fluency across all areas of HMT's 5 Case Model.

Rate: 500 pd (circa)
Duration: 3/4 months with potential extensions

Requirements:
- Business case writing - Leads the planning, development and drafting, and oversees the production of business case.
- Business case support - Devise and provide guidance and advice to project teams on the requirements and development of business case, using organisational templates and HMT 5 case model.
- Business case governance - Present business case rationale to senior managers and project governance forums, work with key stakeholders to anticipate and mitigate issues and delays whilst engaging with senior management.
- Stakeholder management - Manage and engage with key stakeholders to support the production of business cases and ensure linkage with benefits realisation.
