This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, SC Cleared Data Architect to take a leadership role within an exciting digital transformation programme in the public sector. The successful candidate will be integral to the successful design and implementation of a major data and analytics platform to the military organisation. Ideally experience using Palantir technologies.

- Leading the design, build and integration of data platforms and applications to fulfil the strategic data needs of the client in the contact of military grade data-led applications
- Broker and ensure good collaborative decisions are made across the team
- Lead the ongoing development of the data governance standards for the client, verifying and validation technology and pipeline against requirements.
- Define or review interfaces and information flows for technical data components of the work.
- Leading highly complex Advanced Analytics / Artificial Intelligence solution builds
- Responsible for the project delivery within Scrum / Kanban environments, seeing projects through to a commercially successful conclusion
- Building robust and scalable data pipelines to support real time data streaming and micr
- Experience delivering Artificial Intelligence applications or Advanced Analytics solutions for public sector clients
- Expertise across Data Strategy, Data Communication, Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Data Standards
- Strong Data Modelling experience
- Experience building robust and scalable data pipelines to support real-time data streaming and micro-batch data bursts consisting of a set of functional architecture components and services that combine events, real-time integration, data, cognitive analytics and intelligent workflows in a single integrated framework.
- Delivering seamless data integration to integrate seamlessly with legacy applications based on standard API interfaces.
- Experience architecting decoupled and extensible services
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong experience delivering projects to Government Digital standards
- Ability to lead technical and business teams to a successful solution
- Desirable: Palantir Foundry experience
- Rate offered: 650 - 700 per day
- Location: Remote / South Coast, Hampshire
- IR35 Status: Outside
- Duration: 6 month (Initial contract length)
