We are looking for a proficient freelance HR & Accounts Contractor to support our team. This position offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to showcase your expertise whilst collaborating with a dedicated team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Provide strategic guidance on HR and financial matters to support company growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR and accounting roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
