Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Provide strategic guidance on HR and financial matters to support company growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR and accounting roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
