Our client is a long-established company in the financial services sector. Currently experiencing high growth and change due to a merger.
Role Description
This is a remote role for a Qualified Finance Project Manager to join the project finance team.
The successful candidate will partner with the finance and non-financial teams supporting finance data migration projects post-merger.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience desired
- Qualified Accountant - ACCA, ACA, CIMA
- Flexible to work remotely.
- Project management experience including process mapping, requirements gathering, and integrating into BAU.
- Strong accounting and finance knowledge including financial control, project accounting, business analysis, M&A, or migration projects.
- A trouble-shooter who asks the right questions and drives successful outcomes.
- Excellent communicator able to represent finance at senior cross-functional project meetings.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Business Analyst and/or Project Management combined background welcomed.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, and part of a team via online meetings.
- Experience working in Insurance or Financial Services advantageous.
