Our client is a long-established company in the financial services sector. Currently experiencing high growth and change due to a merger.
Role Description
This is a remote role for a Qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) Finance Project Manager to join the project finance team on a fixed term contract for minimum 10 months (negotiable dependent on start date).
The successful candidate will partner with the finance and non-financial teams supporting migration projects post-merger.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience desired
- Qualified Accountant ACCA, ACA, CIMA
- Flexible to work remotely.
- Supported migration of accounts and policies during M&A
- Project management experience including process mapping, and requirements gathering - formal PM qualification not required.
- Strong accounting and finance knowledge including financial control, project accounting, business analysis, M&A, or migration projects, migrating accounts, policies, pensions within the financial services or insurance sector.
- A trouble-shooter who asks the right questions and drives successful outcomes.
- Excellent communicator, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Experience working in Insurance or Financial Services
