Our client, a leading provider in the care sector, is looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join their team on a 6-month FTC.
You will be responsible for providing operational employment relations and employment law advice on routine and complex matters from staff and line managers, to enable them to resolve their staffing issues.
An understanding of employment law, GDPR, problem solving skills and a demonstrable background providing ER advice and guidance will be key.
Role responsibilities:
HR Advice Line - Respond to complex queries and issues from staff and line managers, during normal working hours, via either telephone or e mail
Case Management Support
Input in HR projects - site closures, redundancy programmes, TUPE etc
Line Manager training and guidance
Improvement of HR policies and processes
Reporting and metrics utilising data from case management system
The ideal candidate will have a recognised HR qualification and experience designing training for a Line Management community.
