Job Description: FDM is seeking a Dynamics Functional Consultant for a remote role within the public sector, initially on a 6-month contract with potential for extension. The consultant will work closely with various teams to deliver and maintain solutions that meet business needs, utilizing Agile principles. Responsibilities include configuring CRM systems, collaborating with developers, and managing change cycles. The role requires strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and coaching abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure the CRM system to meet the business and end user needs, utilising customer service and field service modules in Dynamics 365 and utilising Power Platform
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, architects to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions ensuring it operates seamlessly and efficiently with other Back Office solutions
  • Use of Azure DevOps to record development and configuration activities
  • Monitor and assess data capacity within a solution to ensure space utilisation continues to reflect business needs efficiently
  • Configure CRM workflows to support business processes, extract data, produce tailored reports and respond to information requests
  • Utilise CRM export and import processes to support team requirements
  • Manage change and deployment cycles for new and existing implementations across the CRM platform
  • Manage the efficient planning and delivery of new updates, modifications, and the adoption of best practice policies, including conducting research to identify opportunities to leverage new functionality within the system that is released by Microsoft
  • Manage and coach a team of CRM/Dynamics Support Analysts
