My client are a global FMCG company and they are looking for a Digital Product Manager to significantly contribute to driving personalisation at scale across the company. The successful candidate will work alongside (D&T) CRM Product Owner as a key point of contact and SME for the roll-out of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), as well as supporting on legacy CRM technology.

Key Skills

• Proven experience scaling technology within a global FMCG/previous CRM implementation experience (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Deep understanding of consumer experience and consumer journeys
• Good understanding of Consumer Data Platforms
• Experience working in a technical product owner role within a global FMCG
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification*
• Service Now working knowledge is a plus
• Exposure to agile methodology of project management
