Job Title: Digital Product Manager

Rate: £620 per day

IR35 Status: Inside IR35

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Fully Remote

About the role:

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Digital Product Manager to join a highly respected organisation for an initial 6 month contract. The role requires someone with a strong background in leading on digital product roadmaps. You will play a key role in an ongoing programme that is shaping the future of the organisation. You will be a skilled stakeholder manager with a proven track record of engaging with a range of stakeholders at all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for the strategic direction and leadership of multidisciplinary product teams to continuously improve products and platforms so that they meet user needs.
• Own and develop a clear vision, goals and measurable objectives for the organisation's products and services
• Develop the product strategy and roadmap, iterating these to meet the changing needs of users and the wider business
• Manage the prioritisation of product development to ensure that the products remain reliable, robust and secure, whilst also continuously improving

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience of working on online propositions and contributing to digital strategy.
• Experience of designing digital services for high profile consumer and niche audiences and commitment to creating excellent user experiences.
• Excellent communication and team working skills.
• Strong digital research, analysis and reporting skills, including experience of designing, interpreting and drawing out key conclusions from research and known business objectives.
• Strong project management skills, demonstrated by experience of managing multiple projects.
