We are looking for a PPC Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic and innovative marketing agency on a contract basis. This is a chance to work with some interesting brands of all sizes and industries to create and implement effective paid search strategies that drive results. You will be managing and optimising various paid search campaigns across different platforms and measuring and reporting on their performance. You will work closely with other marketing specialists to align paid search campaigns with other marketing efforts and keep up with the latest paid search developments and best practices.


The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a paid search role preferably within agency settings where you have handled multiple projects and clients simultaneously. You should also have proficiency with all major paid search platforms and a solid understanding of paid search campaign creation, optimisation, and bidding. Moreover, you have outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.


About You:


  • You are a Paid Media Specialist and can show where you have delivered paid campaigns within agency environments. This experience should include developing and delivering paid search strategies, managing and optimising the campaigns, as well as analysing paid search performance.
  • You are used to working in marketing teams and excited by setting paid strategy and objectives, you like presenting and collaborating with clients and senior leaders.
  • You have proven experience using all major paid search platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads and can show where you have managed campaigns, set budgets, and optimised for the best possible results.
  • You have end to end experience running campaigns from setup to optimisation and bidding. This includes keyword research, ad group structure, ad copy, and bidding strategies.
  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the love to analyse data, identify trends, and develop solutions to problems.
  • You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team and can demonstrate the ability to take initiative and collaborate effectively with others.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.
