Role Overview:
As the Data Migration Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Data Migration Project Manager across all aspects of data migration activities. This includes strategic planning, meticulous execution, cutover activities, and rigorous testing.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a technical capacity, bringing their knowledge and skills to coordinate the delivery team on large, complex data migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Data Migration Project Manager to develop and run comprehensive data migration plans.
• Lead and coordinate all aspects of the migration process, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Oversee cutover activities and post-migration validation to guarantee data integrity and system functionality.
• Conduct thorough testing of migrated data to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team throughout the migration life cycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a technical role with a focus on data migration activities.
• Demonstrated skills in planning, deliver, and overseeing large, complex data migration projects.
• Familiarity with Social Housing clients would be a distinct advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.

Additional Information:

• Initial 6-month contract with potential for extension.
• Remote working with Ad hoc travel required to the client's offices.
