This will be a 3-month contract with the possibility of long-term extension and the day rate will be 400 Outside IR35.

You will be working with Azure Cloud Data technologies and you will work with a wide variety of different data sources to design, build and maintain the processes needed to ingest data and transform it into queryable formats within a SQL Database.

You will work within the team to review and design processes for new data sources and changes to existing data sources as they are identified. You will collaborate with the Analytics team to implement efficient and scalable solutions that meet the business needs. Liaison with 3rd party system providers to understand the data and ensure it meets requirements.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in data warehousing, Datamodelling, design, performance and optimisation
• Experience working with Azure Data Factory
• In-depth knowledge and experience working with SQL Server
• Schema management
• Experience building and maintaining ETL processes.
• Quality Assurance and data validation
• Attention to detail
• Stakeholder engagement

Desirable

• Understanding of C# Programming language
• Understanding of Powershell
• Experience working with Azure Storage
• Understanding of Microsoft Power BI
• Sql server index tuning and query optimisation
