Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to administration and close-out.

  • Collaborate with procurement, project management, and legal teams to support vendor selection and onboarding.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks and proactively resolve contract disputes or claims.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements, KPIs, and scope of work.
  • Lead change control processes and manage contract amendments as project requirements evolve.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on contract status, risks, and issues.

Skills Required:

  • Legal or commercial background is a plus.
