Role: Chief Technical Accountant

Type: Interim

Salary: 600 to 800 per day

Location: Remote

Sellick Partnership are currently looking to recruit a Chief Technical Accountant to join a Local Authority in the Midlands.

Job responsibilities for the Chief Technical Accountant:

• Leading the year end process
• Preparation, reviewing, sense checking and proof reading the Final Accounts
• Treasury Management
• Managing Capital Programmes
• Being the main point of contact for auditors

Person specification for the Chief Technical Accountant:

• Must have experience of closing accounts for a Local Authority
• Treasury Management experience
• Staff Management
• A self-starter who can hit the ground running
