One of our good clients in the banking industry are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join their ever growing team on an exciting project they are currently working on. This role will be suited to someone with experience in Commercial Online Banking, if not then my client would like someone with Digital Banking experience and experience working with Agile/Safe.

Essential skills/experience:

Ability to work autonomously with little guidance or supervision

* Working as a Business Analyst across all stages of the delivery lifecycle, and demonstrating an excellent knowledge of BA tools and industry standards eg Jira, Confluence, Behaviour Driven Development, etc.
* Ability to operate effectively in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and actively shape the ways of working
* Present problems to Agile delivery teams and shape work items through workshop facilitation, and effective collaboration
* Apply 'As Is' and 'To Be' analysis techniques to identify business problems and opportunities
* Produce and manage Features, Epics and Stories with Acceptance Criteria in Jira, as well as other artefacts including data mapping documentation, etc.
