Job Description: Korn Ferry is seeking a UK-based remote Business Analyst for a long-term engagement involving platform integration and Agile Scrum methodologies. The role requires a confident individual who can clarify complex requirements and facilitate stakeholder engagement while contributing to UI/UX design. The position is classified as inside IR35 and focuses on collaboration with technical teams to ensure effective delivery of business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and define requirements by working with stakeholders to document business and technical needs.
- Facilitate discussions to align teams and support project progression.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Delivery Manager, and development team on Agile delivery.
- Support integrations between the Reach platform and third-party/internal systems.
- Contribute to UI/UX design by helping to create intuitive features.
- Conduct and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for large feature releases.
Skills Required:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in BPMN and DMN.
- Strong requirements gathering and analysis documentation skills.
- Experience with Agile Scrum framework.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools.
- Experience in React software implementation.

Key Experience

- Navigate differing opinions to create clear, actionable requirements.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Business Support
