Business Analyst - Financial Advice

Remote/ Homebased with occasional travel to offices for team meetings

6 month self employed contract (potential for extension)


Succession Wealth are one of the leading financial planning and wealth management business in the UK. We have a national network of Wealth Planners who provide wealth management and financial planning services to individuals and corporate clients across the UK via our network of offices.


Due to significant growth and transformation, Succession has an opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Business Change team on a contract basis.

The focus of this role will be to support with a high profile operational process re-engineering project.

In this role you will help to drive the project by eliciting requirements, providing support through analysis and producing project documentation against agreed standards at defined points during the Change Lifecycle.

Using first class communication skills to work effectively with Stakeholders across the business skills while keeping an eye on all project factors.

Raising potential enhancements within the overall Change Methodology.

Being proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues from the outset and escalating these as appropriate.

You

To be successful in this role you will need to be highly organised, with a fast pace of working and confidence in working with complex data and systems.

You will also need:

  • Minimum of 5 years Business Analyst experience gained within the financial services sector
  • Good understanding and experience of working in lie with change methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Time Management and organisational skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Excellent documentation skills
