Successful candidates are likely to be banking & finance lawyers with roughly 2 years PQE possessing loan and capital markets experience, a familiarity with LMA documentation and have experience of working on Treasury related work including secured and unsecured lending and bond issues.

Candidates who are qualified in England & Wales, as well as other commonwealth jurisdictions (such as Australia and/or New Zealand, for example) are encouraged to apply.

Candidates should be available to start a new role immediately or at short notice and have a genuine interest in working on a 12-month fixed term contract.

The role can be undertaken remotely within the UK, with some office presence required in Leeds once a month.
