Fully remote - PAYE Contract - Competitive Salary/Rates - 18months +

My high profile large-scale IT consultancy is looking for a team of experienced Technical Support Engineers in work on a number of exciting AI based projects. Your role is pivotal in the successful implementation and maintenance of their clients' AI initiatives.

You will be the technical SME, guiding users through the Azure AI landscape, ensuring they are able to make the most of their powerful suite of solutions. With your deep understanding of AI, cloud computing, networking, security and privacy, you will solve complex issues, deliver personalized solutions, and provide world-class support that their customers rely upon.

Essential skills

• Demonstrate the ability to conduct thorough troubleshooting and debugging
• Strong experience of working with external customers
• 3+ years' experience with the MS Azure Cloud platform
• Experience with Scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
• Networking and Security knowledge
• An understanding of databases, data retrieval via query languages like SQL or Kusto/KQL

Desirable

• Understanding or interest in AI/Artificial Intelligence
• MS Certifications such as Azure AI Engineer
