The Role

Our partner is looking for a skilled Azure Architect to play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable and reliable cloud solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. Your expertise will ensure the seamless integration of cloud services, optimising performance and enhancing overall system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure and resilient cloud architecture on Azure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define architecture specifications.
• Develop and implement best practices for Azure infrastructure deployment and management.
• Utilise Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) and maintain infrastructure configuration.
• Implement containerisation technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and applications.

Skills

• Proven experience as an Azure Architect, with a strong background in designing and implementing Azure solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure services, including compute, storage, networking and security.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Proficient in containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and security best practices on Azure.
• Experience in implementing DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
