• Be part of the leadership team with a view to assist with the growth of M&E design teams Dependent on new project requirements.
• Act as a Mechanical SME ensuring technical compliance across global projects.
• Work with clients and project team to establish technical project requirements and take the lead on Data Centre projects.
• Represents at technical meetings with clients and 3rd party teams.
• Carry out engineering reviews to ensure designs meet required standards
• Keep up to date with sector technological developments in Mechanical design.
• Support the tender and bid process for prospective projects as needed.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with key clients, vendors, and stakeholders, building strong and profitable relationships while ensuring exceptional delivery of services.
• Supervise and coach a team of high-performing mission critical design professionals, supporting and facilitating career growth and development.
