Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Asset Management: Actively manage the complete life cycle of enterprise assets, including end-user devices, network devices, non-computing/IoT devices, and Servers. Ensure accurate inventory, tracking, and correction of assets across physical, virtual, remote, and cloud environments.

• Certification Expertise: Possess and leverage expertise in enterprise asset management, with preference given to individuals holding certifications such as CTAM, CPAM, or CSAM. Demonstrate a deep understanding of industry best practices and standards.

• Monitoring and Protection: Implement robust strategies for monitoring and protecting enterprise assets. Develop and maintain protocols to safeguard assets against potential threats, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Identification of Unauthorized Assets: Proactively identify unauthorized and unmanaged assets within the enterprise infrastructure. Develop and execute plans to remove or remediate such assets, minimizing security risks and maintaining compliance with organizational policies.

• Collaborative Oversight: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain a cohesive enterprise asset management strategy. Work closely with IT, security, and compliance teams to align asset management practices with overall organizational objectives.
