• Living Well service (adults with LD, PD or MH conditions) based Ashfield

• Ageing Well service (older adults) based Mansfield

• Adult MASH / Safeguarding Hub based Annesley (desk based with majority remote working)

You will need to be:

• Qualified Social Worker
• Fully Social Work England registered
• Must have significant post-qualified experience in adult social care and ideally with experience specific to the team in question
