Sellick Partnership is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer on behalf of our well-respected Local Authority client. As the successful candidate, you will manage a diverse caseload that includes various challenges such as Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, Ordinary Residence disputes, and Mental Health Act matters.
The role can be conducted largely on a remote basis, but attendance in court may be required very occasionally.
Duration of placement 6 months +
Both full and part-time hours will be considered, and while previous local authority experience is desirable, applicants with relevant experience gained from the private sector are also encouraged to apply.
