Your new role
As a 3rd Party Application Support, you will be responsible for supporting the migration of Housing Systems to the cloud. You will work closely with the development team and the 3rd party vendors to ensure a smooth transition and resolve any issues that may arise. You will also provide technical support and guidance to the end users and stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of supporting 3rd party applications, preferably in the housing sector
- Knowledge of development methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and Jira
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft
