Description

* Provide bespoke Rehab and Support Care within this Step Through Service

* Working with Adult Male 18-65 years of age

* 12 Bed Service

* Work directly with the Registered Manager and Clinical Lead on the development of the Service

* Lead Group and 121 Sessions

* Oversea Support Plans

* Support clients with mental health illness to transition back into the Community

Profile

* Self Motivated

* Team Player

* Minimum of one year post registration clinical experience

* Community, Rehab or Acute Inpatient background

* Understanding of Support and Rehab needs

* Ability to develop recovery focused strategies

* RGN or RMN Qualified with NMC Pin

* Right to Work in the UK - unfortunately no sponsorship is available

* CAR DRIVER ESSENTIAL - The location is not accessible by public transport

Job Offer

* Ongoing Agency role

* 20- 25/Hour plus Holiday Pay

* 12 Hour Shifts from 0730 - 2000

* 40 hours/Week Average

* Alternate Weekends

* Opportunity of Permanent Position with salary up to 38k + Bonus + Fantastic Benefits Package
