Job Description:

We are currently hiring Registered General Nurses to join our clients in Lanarkshire. We offer guaranteed shifts with the option to block book for up to 3 months, ensuring flexibility and stability in your work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical health and develop personalised care plans.


• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.


• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns.


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to patients.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.


• Support patients and their families by providing education and emotional support.


• Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care when needed.


• Promote health and well-being through health promotion activities.

Requirements:

• Registered General Nurse with a valid nursing qualification and regulatory registration.


• Previous experience in a general nursing role is preferred.


• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and protocols.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a community-based setting.


• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.


• Current knowledge of healthcare legislation and best practices.
