Role details - Regional Management Accountant
We are looking for an experienced Regional Management Accountant to join a successful financial services business based in Solihull on a 6 month contract.
Responsibilities of the Regional Management Accountant
* The management Account will be responsible for Preparation of management information, overseeing Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) reporting as well as being involved with additional project work
* Ensuring all internal and external reporting requirements are achieved to strict deadlines
* Maintaining up-to-date procedures and ensuring they are followed as well as the preparation of the day to day running of the Management Accounts process
* You will also be responsible for the management of the month-end process for each division and ensure the preparation of accurate MI reporting
* A key part of your role would be to liaise with the Financial Accountant to ensure monthly revenue is in line with expectations and to redistribute revenue between cost centres
* The Management Accountant will be required to prepare monthly schedules, flash packs and KPI's for the Executive Management team and Board of Directors
Skills required of the Regional Management Accountant
* Experienced qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
* Demonstrate knowledge of management accounts
* Understanding of Oracle Financial
* Strong interpersonal, organisational, and motivational skills
* Good all-round Communication skills and the ability to be committed to the team and driving the provision of excellent customer service
* Strong attention to details and ability to understand and resolve data errors easily
