Recruitment Project Support | 12 Months | Day rate – up to £200 | Inside IR35

Harvey Nash’s client are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Project Support to join their team for an initial 12 month period. The client is based in Edinburgh and the role will be hybrid with 2 days in the office per week.

You will work closely with out HR Systems and Analytics team who support on the management of this project. Your time will be invested on developing, implementing and embedding the new operating model, alongside decommissioning the existing e-recruitment tool and realignment of other interfacing systems.

Main Duties:

  • Ensure that the agreed deadlines and deliverables are met in respect of centralising the Recruitment and Resourcing function whilst providing direct support to the HR Strategic Partner: Recruitment and Resourcing.
  • Revise all guidance and associated documents to reflect the Centralised Recruitment and Resourcing function.
  • Continual review and updates (as well as identifying where improvements are necessary) to resourcing policy, processes, procedures, guidance and systems whilst working with the HR Policy Adviser and consultation with Trade Union colleagues.
  • Creation and maintenance of Recruitment and Resourcing dashboards that are intuitive to maintain and interpret. These will include current, past and forecast recruitment activity, performance of recruitment campaigns, time and cost per hire, work in progress, recruitment pipelines and detail on senior recruitment activities.
  • Contract management in respect of our Situational Judgement Test and to support on tendering process for new supplier.
  • Support on the roll out of initiatives that result from Workforce Planning Discussions and help to meet the objectives of the Recruitment and Resourcing Strategy.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven planning and organisational skills that enable you to meet deadlines effectively
  • Experience of significant support to the successful delivery of HR Projects
  • Excellent relationship management skills where you consider different perspectives to inform your decision-making and collaborate effectively with others
  • An obvious and proven acumen towards HR Systems
  • Practical experience and knowledge of end to end recruitment processes and the use of e-recruitment systems
  • Proven experience and ability to review, update and influence Policy, Procedures, Guidance and Instructions
  • Excellent IT skills enabling you to comfortably work with data and present information in dashboard format
  • Practical experience of using iTrent e-recruitment module
